Comprehensive Reporting

American Home Inspections Residential Inspection Report provides an objective analysis of the components of your home. Each component is carefully evaluated and rated in the report. If problems are discovered, they will be explained clearly to you. You'll have the information you need to make an informed decision.

The comprehensive report is printed for you in our mobile office so the original report is immediately available when the inspection is completed.

If you are unable to be present at the time of the inspection, we can send a hard copy or E-mail the report to you right from our mobile office. Either way, you'll have the information you need to take the next step in your transaction.

The Residential Inspection Report is written in a way that is easy to use and understand. It features more than 30 pages of information specific to your new home as well as Quick Summary Pages. It also includes a Final Walk-Thru Checklist for your last minute notes prior to closing and Home Maintenance Sections so you can keep your home in good condition.

Radon Testing

We can provide either a Two Charcoal Canister Test or a Continuous Radon Monitor Test. Both tests are conducted according to EPA guidelines.

Home Warranty

American Home Inspections has teamed up with HMS, America’s premier warranty company, to offer you an optional home warranty. With the HMS Home Warranty, you’re covered against breakdowns of major mechanical components for a full year, beginning the day of closing… and you can extend it for additional years. You pay only a standard deductible for each claim.
